The meaning of mindfulness means to me is being happy, calm, positive all the good feels. This doesn't mean that I don't have bad days, or what I like to call Growth Days. Far from that. Coming back easily to that inner quiet. Also living a more positive based life. This is the theme for my Blog. Provide some chillness in this fast paced World we live in.
